Fee Policy

A four percent (4%) administrative fee applies to all restricted/current use gifts to the Foundation to support the programs of the Antonin Scalia Law School. Endowment gifts are exempt from transaction fees at the time of the gift.

Alternatively, endowments are charged an annual management fee of one percent on the average market value of the endowment.
